A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Separate the eggs. Stir egg yolks, flour, 1/8l water, milk and 1 pinch salt. Sources. Beat egg whites until stiff. Chop kitchen herbs.

Stir 2/3 into the dough. Fold in the snow. Bake 12 small pancakes in hot fat. Keep warm. Cut mushrooms in half. Fry in oil, season with salt and season with pepper. Rinse shrimps. Remove mushrooms, mix with remaining herbs. Roast shrimps in the frying fat for about 2 min. Season with crème fraîche. Arrange pancakes with shrimps, mushrooms and crème fraîche. Garnish with lemon.
