For the dandelion salad, roughly chop the washed dandelion leaves and the peeled eggs. Mix a sauce of vinegar, oil, mustard and water and season with salt.

Pour over the chopped dandelions and mix well. Cut the toast into cubes, toast in a little butter and sprinkle over the dandelion with the chopped eggs.
