Instructions:

For the dandelion jelly, boil dandelion flowers in 1.5 liters of water for 15 minutes. Slice the lemons and add them.

Turn off the heat and let steep for 24 hours. Pour through a fine sieve and make up to 1.5 liters with water, add the jelling sugar to gel.

Pour the dandelion jelly into sterile jars and close tightly.
