For the pasta salad with cherry peas, cut the dandelion into strips and blanch them very briefly in hot water. Then rinse in ice-cold water and drain.
For the dressing, mix oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, stir in chopped onions and garlic.
Cook pasta al dente, strain and add to dressing while still hot.
Add remaining ingredients and fold in. Season with salt and pepper and serve the pasta salad with cherry peas.
