For the vegetable soup, remove peas from pods and set aside. Put pea pods in a saucepan with water, the water must cover the pods. Add soup powder, salt and pepper, and lovage and cellulose greens and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Strain the soup, squeeze the pods well and boil the peas in this soup. Finally, add butter gnocchi and a spoonful of butter to the soup and serve.
