Prepare a beef or vegetable soup for the vegetable pan.

Wash all the vegetables well. Peel the potato, carrot, onion and garlic. Cut the leek from the young onion and cut into rings.

Chop the young onion, onion and 3 pcs garlic. Cut the remaining vegetables into small cubes (with the remaining garlic).

Heat the sesame oil in the pan and fry the onion – garlic mixture. Then add the cocktail tomatoes. Last but not least, add the rest of the vegetables and sauté them a bit as well.

Add soy sauce, oregano, dried lovage, parsley and chives. Then season with salt, pepper and vegeta and simmer with stirring several times until the vegetables are cooked soft.

When the vegetables are ready, add the leeks. Let it simmer a little longer. Prepare salted water for the pasta and wait until the water boils.

Then add the pasta to the boiling water. Mix the finished spaghetti with sesame oil. Put the spaghetti on the plate and garnish with the vegetable sauce.
