Instructions:

For the turkey rolls, salt and pepper the turkey cutlets, brush with gervais, top with bacon and roll up. Fix with toothpicks or meat skewers. Fry on all sides.

For the sauces, add soup to the gravy. Thicken slightly with whipping cream. Season with salt and pepper (peppercorns).

Cover the rolls and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
