Oil wooden skewers. Put pieces of meat on the skewers in an even thickness and place side by side on a plastic board or foil. (To avoid a mess 🙂 ) In a cup, mix soy sauce, tandoori paste, ginger, olive oil, honey and garlic to make a homogeneous sauce. Brush the skewers thickly on both sides with it. Sauté skewers in hot oil in a non-stick pan on both sides, brush with the same sauce again, and saute again. Then sprinkle both sides with sesame seeds and fry again (caution: turns black quickly, be sure to turn down heat). Taste hot or cold with a sauce of yogurt, sour cream, salt, garlic and a little olive oil.
