For the turkey escalopes, wash the turkey escalopes, pat dry and pound on both sides. Salt the meat on both sides and coat in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot fat until golden brown. Then drain on paper towels and serve the turkey cutlets.
