(*) A pie dish of 24 cm ø, enough for 4 people Mix sugar, flour, salt and vanilla sugar, form a bulge. Mix eggs and milk, pour in, stir until smooth.

Pour the dough into the buttered dish. Spread rhubarb evenly on top.

Bake in the lower half of the oven heated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Sprinkle with ginger sugar while still warm and bring to the table.

Tip Serve with coffee with milk.
