Instructions:

Divide the cabbage into individual leaves and remove the thick stalks. Then cut into tender strips and sauté in butter. Pour in the whipping cream and cook the cabbage until soft.

The whipping cream should usually boil away almost completely, so that the cabbage reaches a consistency like mashed potatoes.

Season everything together with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
