First, wash the lemon and lime and cut them into thin slices. Also wash the strawberries, remove the green and cut the berries into slices.
In the cavities of a muffin tin, first place a slice of lemon or lime and then a slice of strawberry on top. Add a mint leaf to each.
Cover the fruit with water (you don’t have to fill the molds all the way) and put in the freezer.
Allow the strawberry-citrus ice cubes to freeze through.
