Soak bread rolls in warm water. Cut the onion into very fine cubes. Mix the minced meat with the squeezed out buns, the onion, the egg, mustard and the spices to a dough.
Rinse and chop the kitchen herbs. Cut the cheese into cubes. Coat an aluminum foil (30 x 50 cm) with oil.
Brush dough evenly on the aluminum foil. Spread culinary herbs and cheese evenly on the dough sheet. Roll up the dough from the narrow side, detaching it from the aluminum foil.
Then place the roast in a greased baking dish and bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for one hour.
Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
