Try this delicious cake recipe:

Roll out each sheet of dough to double the size of a loaf pan and cut in half. Chop the walnuts as well as the pistachios, finely grind the almond kernels. Mix everything together well. Place a sheet of dough in the pan, brush with butter and sprinkle with nut mixture. Repeat this process until all the pastry sheets and nuts are used up. Finish with a pastry sheet.

Bake the pastry in the oven on the lowest rack for 15 min, then on the middle rack for half an hour until golden brown.

In the meantime, heat the honey and season with the orange and juice of one lemon. Pour the syrup over the finished cake and leave for one night.

Cut baklava into slices and bring to the table with Turkish mocha.
