Soak the rolls in cold water. Peel and chop garlic and onions. Knead together minced meat, eggs, squeezed out rolls, créme fraÂche, onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and herbs.

Grease a baking tray. Spread the minced meat evenly on it. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Cover with minced meat. Roughly grate cheese and sprinkle over tomatoes.

Cook the mince in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. After 20 minutes, cover with baking paper. Sprinkle with oregano.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
