For the potato pan, cook the potatoes until soft (preferably already cut into pieces – do not cook too soft).

Fry the onion finely chopped in a little fat, add the bell pepper (in small pieces) and fry. Cut sausage into small pieces and fry. Add cooked potatoes, possibly mash with a fork – fry. Season with salt and pepper. The potato pan is best served with a green salad.
