Clean the mushrooms dry and cut into thick slices. Cut the pickle into strips. Remove the peel from the onion and chop finely.

Heat half of the oil in a medium frying pan. Sauté the onion in it. Increase the temperature. Add the mushrooms and sauté briefly, drawing juice, evaporate it completely. Remove from the frying pan.

Heat the remaining oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Sprinkle with paprika and fry briefly. Add the mushrooms again, season with salt and pepper, then add the white wine and soup and cook on medium heat for five minutes.

Add mustard and pickle strips and simmer for two to three minutes. Stir some of the sauce liquid with the fresh cream or heavy cream, add it, let it boil and season the stroganoff with salt and pepper.
