Beat the egg yolks and half the sugar until thick and creamy, white chocolate u liqueur melt. Add the egg mixture and fold in the egg whites beaten with the sugar residue, as well as the whipped cream.

Fill the whole into glasses and decorate with grated chocolate (white or black) and a mint leaf or fresh fruit.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
