Put the flour, salt and dry yeast in a suitable bowl and mix. Add lukewarm water and oil. Knead everything together with the dough hook of a hand mixer until smooth. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for about 45 minutes, until the dough has approximately doubled in size.
Then knead the pizza dough well again. Then roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a round disk (about 36 cm ø). Brush the bottom of the pizza pan with a little bit of oil and fill it with the pizza dough, pulling up the edges a little bit.
A little pizza story:
Nothing goes without tomatoes, herbs and cheese:
Quickly Made: Stock Up on Pizza Dough:
Stock up on quick pizza dough. The range in your supermarket is large. There is, for example, the fresh dough from the refrigerated shelf like “B.ck’n Roll”. It is ready rolled up on parchment paper. All you have to do is spread it on your pizza pan. It’s just as easy with “Knack & B.ck”, a fresh dough from a can. There is also a pizza dough from the Tiegkuehltruhe. It is packed in rectangular plates and is rolled out in the desired shape after thawing. The various baking mixes are also very practical. They stock up exceptionally well. Because in the closed package they are durable about 1 year. In most cases, they only need to be mixed with water.
For pizza with a thin base, take half of the ingredients.
