For the basic simple pizza dough recipe, first put 180 g of flour, all the water, the yeast and the salt in a large bowl or in the dough machine.
Start kneading the dough (if you use the dough machine – knead on low speed), slowly adding the remaining flour.
Knead for 20 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise for at least two hours.
Then divide the pizza dough basic recipe into pieces of 180-250 g – or 120 g for smaller pizzas – and let them rise for another 4-6 hours.
