Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil and add the tomato pulp. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Mash the tomato pulp, season the sauce and finally add the basil.
Step 1: Put the flour in a suitable bowl. Drizzle in the oil and make a pit in the center. Pour in a little warm water with finely crumbled yeast and sweetener and mix to a thick paste. Leave to ferment with the lid closed. Then add the remaining water and all the ingredients and knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth.
In the case of dry yeast, knead all ingredients at once – steam is not necessary.
Step 2 + 3: Oil the surface of the dough and let it rise in a warm place, covered with a dishcloth, until its volume has increased by at least half.
Step 4: Press the dough together a little, form into four balls, roll out to the size of a plate (or the size of a whole baking tray), spread with tomato sauce and cover with the vegetables. Leave a border about two centimeters wide. Spread cheese on top, place on baking tray and put in preheated oven at 220 °C. Baking time is 20 min.
