For the Christmas Cookie Pops, preheat the oven to 190° C top/bottom heat. Prepare the dough according to the package instructions and cut out different motifs from the dough using Christmas cookie cutters.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 6 – 8 minutes. Insert wooden skewers into the cookies while they are still hot and allow to cool.
Fill the melted and slightly overcooled chocolate into piping bags and pipe onto the cookies. Decorate the Christmas cookie pops with sugar pearls or sprinkles.
