Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

The pheasant is properly cleaned and washed, then put on to cook. You boil it for about half an hour. Now you add all the soup vegetables and cook for 3-4 hours. Pour through a sieve, separate the meat from the bones and return it to the soup. As a soup garnish you can use vermicelli or liver dumplings.
