Instructions:

For the garlic bread, cut the baguette into 2-3 pieces, and then cut in half horizontally. (Do the same with the ciabatta bread, just don’t cut it into too small pieces). Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop or blend them.

Finely chop the parsley leaves as well. In a bowl, mix olive oil with the garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the bread slices on a baking sheet, put a good portion of the paste on each slice, and place a small slice of butter on top.

Toast the garlic bread in a preheated oven at 180 °C until the bread is crispy and golden brown.

Just before the end of the baking time, sprinkle finely grated Parmesan over each slice of bread.
