For the wholemeal pancakes with apple, mix wholemeal flour, milk and salt to a homogeneous mass. Dice the peeled apple.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour in the mixture in portions. Turn after 1-2 minutes.

In the meantime, sauté apple cubes in apple juice, stir in honey, curd, lemon juice and cinnamon.

Spread the mixture on the pancakes and roll them up. Serve the wholemeal pancakes with apple.
