Rinse and pit the peaches and sour cherries. Cut the sour cherries in half and the peaches into small pieces. Grate the lemon peel. Squeeze out the juice.
Mix the pulp with the juice of one lemon and the zest. Sprinkle the preserving sugar on top and mix. Draw the juice.
Chop the fruit mixture a little more with the chopping stick of the hand mixer, but do not crush.
Make four min. Fill into prepared jars and seal them on the spot.
