For the peach cobbler, grease a small casserole dish or possibly a tart dish (diameter 240 mm) with butter. Blanch the peaches in boiling water, rinse with cold water, skin, halve and pit.
Place peach halves, cut side up, in baking dish. Spread crème fraîche over the peaches. Then sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Bake in the oven at 175 °C for 20-30 minutes, if necessary turn on the grill for the last 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey.
Serve the peach cobbler warm.
