For the raw vegetables with dip, wash chicory and cut into leaves.

Peel carrots and quarter lengthwise.

Wash zucchini and also cut into quarters lengthwise.

For the dip, mix well the mayonnaise with lemon juice, tomato ketchup and sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Arrange the raw vegetables on a platter and serve the dip separately in bowls.
