Cook the pasta until al dente.

In the meantime, heat half of the oil in a frying pan, sear the tuna briefly, season with salt, season with pepper, remove and set aside. Add the chili, diced tomatoes, garlic, 1/3 of the mint and the wine to the pan and gently simmer over low heat for four to five minutes. Repeatedly add tuna and briefly pull.

Drain the pasta, mix with the tuna sauce and the remaining olive oil and bring to the table sprinkled with the remaining mint.
