Mix flour, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and add.
Process in a food processor to a dough, then cover and let rise.
Knead again after rising, divide into individual buns, flatten and let rise again a little.
Moisten the buns a little with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 210 °C (top/bottom heat) and bake for 13 minutes.
