Cut lettuce into strips, onion into fine rings, tomatoes into cubes. Drain the mackerel fillets and cut into pieces.

For the sauce, mix crème fraîche with yogurt and horseradish, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in parsley and mix with salad ingredients.

Tip: Use regular or light yogurt as needed!
