For the tuna cream, drain the water from the tuna and place in a tall container with the onion, capers and anchovy fillets. Puree finely with a hand blender.

Add cream cheese and salad cream (or mayonnaise), season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and chili powder and season the tuna cream spicy.
