Remove the skin from the sausages and place them in a bowl. Add beef mince, breadcrumbs and egg. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel garlic and press through garlic press. Wash parsley, drain well and chop finely. Add to the bowl and mix all ingredients well. Season well with salt, pepper and Tabasco. With wet hands, form small balls (about 20 pieces). Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the balls for 15 to 20 minutes, turning regularly, until evenly browned. Skewer on toothpicks, transfer to a platter and serve with the fiery dip.To make the fiery dip, chop the onions, cucumbers and bell bell pepper in a blitz cutter. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season with sugar, cayenne pepper and Tabasco.
