Mix the minced meat with paprika, salt, pepper and 100 g cream cheese and knead into a dough. Form eight small minced steaks from the dough. Wrap the edge with a slice of smoked bacon and pin with a toothpick.
Peel and dice the shallots. Heat the light butter and sauté the shallot cubes in it. Add the minced steaks and roast for five minutes on each side. Finally, spread the remaining cream cheese in small flakes on the minced steaks and roast until the cheese melts.
Divide chopped steaks evenly among four plates. Garnish with tomato quarters and basil leaves, if desired.
