Preheat oven to 200 °C.
Rinse the melanzane, cut lengthwise into slices, sprinkle with fondor and pull briefly. Roast in sunflower oil or other vegetable oil on both sides. Place half of the slices of melanzana in 1 gratin dish.
Rinse beef tomato, remove blossom end, cut into cubes.
Rinse basil, chop. Mix with diced tomatoes and spread evenly over top.
Cover with the remaining slices of melanzana.
Heat water and whipping cream. Mix in Maggi Fix für Spaghetti Bolognese, bring to the boil, pour over the melanzane form. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
