Cooked Semolina Strudel

For the semolina strudel, mix the semolina with cream, salt and let rest a little.

Then mix well butter and yolks, add the semolina and beaten egg whites.

Spread the finished mixture on the strudel dough and roll it up. Separate small pieces with a floured wooden spoon handle and boil in salted water.

Remove the semolina strudel from the water, drain and serve.
