Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Dice meat and ham, fry with finely chopped onion and poultry giblets in enough oil, add water and make about 20 min.

Now add cleaned beans, shelled peas, bay leaf spices, peeled and cut tomatoes, prepared and cut peppers and washed long grain rice, chop garlic and add, cook for another 20 minutes.

Add drained mussels, sliced sausage, washed shrimps, dissolved saffron and a little bit of salt and let the paella simmer for a few more minutes.

If necessary, season with a little soup seasoning.
