Spread a layer of cream made of Calvados, whipped cream, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla sugar and a layer of whipped cream and sugar on a flat plate.

Use a piping bag to pipe the whipped cream onto the outer edges and decorate with a cut-out mango pearl. To serve, garnish with cocoa powder and mint leaves.
