Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until very foamy. Fold in powdered sugar. Set aside approx. 1/5 of the egg white mixture for the tips. Mix all other ingredients into the remaining mixture. Fill into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle and pipe small biscuits onto a prepared baking tray. Fill the unused egg white mixture into a piping bag with a smooth or serrated nozzle and place a dab (= tip) in the center of the biscuits. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 150 °C for 12 to 15 minutes until light.
