Instructions:

Cooking in a roasting bag or roasting tube is another cooking method that does not require the addition of a gram of fat. All ingredients cook gently in their own juices and little clear soup.

Stir a marinade from the honey, paprika powder, soy sauce, pepper and the finely chopped marjoram leaves. Rub it all over the turkey leg. While doing so, loosen the skin from the meat with a finger and season the meat underneath as well. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, remove the baking tray. Place the turkey leg in a roasting bag or an appropriately long piece of roasting tube. Close the roasting bag on one side with a clip.

Peel the onions and cut them into eighths. Peel, rinse and coarsely dice the potatoes. Put both in the roasting bag or tube form.

Pour the clear soup into the bag or tube and close it with a clip on the other side.

Place on a baking tray, pierce the top once so that the air can escape. Cook in the oven (middle) for about 50 minutes (gas mark 3). Carefully transfer everything to a saucepan and remove the leg. Let the vegetables bubble up together with the gravy and season with bell pepper and paprika.
