A bean recipe for every taste:
1. rinse the beans with care under cold running water and drain well.
2. grind the beans with a hand mixer or food processor until smooth. Alternatively, mash the beans in a baking bowl with a fork or potato masher.
Add the juice of one lemon, garlic, olive oil, cilantro and green onions and mix until the mixture is quite smooth. Season heavily with salt and freshly ground pepper.
4. pate in a serving bowl form and chill in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
5. garnish with spring onion strips and bring to the table.
This entrée is very quick to prepare if you use canned beans. Choose many different beans to achieve faerb and flavor variety.
