1. roughly dice the onions. Season turkey breast with salt, pepper and hot paprika powder. Fry all around in hot oil. Fry onions briefly. Add paprika pulp and garlic clove, extinguish with 200 ml of stock. Add thyme stems.
Cover and cook in a heated oven at 180 °C on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 40 minutes (gas 2-3, convection oven at 160 °C). Clean zucchini and cut into cubes. Drain white beans, add everything together with 200 ml chicken stock to the roasting pan after 20 minutes and continue to cook uncovered. Season sauce with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder and serve.
Tip: Zucchini are a type of pumpkin and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
