Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
1. tuna fillet rinse and rub dry. Rinse limes, rub dry and grate zest. Squeeze juice. Marinate tuna with juice and zest.
Lightly toast pine nuts in a frying pan. Rinse arugula and pluck into coarse pieces. Remove peel from garlic and finely dice. Clean, rinse and finely dice zucchini.
3. make ribbon noodles according to package directions. In the meantime, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add garlic and zucchini and sauté briefly. Dry tuna. Keep marinade.
4. sprinkle tuna with sesame seeds and a little salt and fry in remaining olive oil (oil must be hot) for a total of 3 min. on both sides – core of tuna fillet should still be pink.
Extinguish tuna with lime marinade, season repeatedly a tiny bit with salt.
5. mix ribbon noodles with zucchini, arugula and pine nuts and bring the tuna to the table with the ribbon noodles.
