For the fried chicken, divide chicken into four equal portions, remove skin, wash, dry and season with salt and pepper.

Beat the egg. Dredge meat pieces in flour, pull through egg and coat in bread crumbs. Heat oil in a high pot and fry chicken until golden brown.

Remove and degrease on kitchen paper. Cut lemon into quarters and garnish chicken with it when serving.
