Instructions:

1) Press cloves into the onion. Bring the onion, milk and bay leaf to a boil in the frying pan. Remove from heat and cover. Steep for 10 min. Remove onion and bay leaf.

2) Add bread crumbs and season. Place roasting pan on kitchen stove. Cover. Simmer 10 min on low heat, stirring occasionally. Fold in whipped cream.

Serve with roast chicken or turkey.
