Chili Almonds

Heat the oil in the frying pan, roast the almond kernels in it until golden and dust generously with paprika powder. Just before removing, add the chili cubes.

Later, season heartily with coarse-grained salt and cool on a paper towel.

Serve while still lukewarm.
