Odenwald Potato Dumplings From Boiled Potatoes

Rinse potatoes and make with the peel (best 1 day before).

After cooking, remove from the peel and cool. Grate the potatoes. Remove the skin from the onion and grate it to the potatoes. Add semolina, eggs, flour and spices. Now mix the quantity well together and form evenly sized dumplings with lightly floured hands. The dumplings then in boiling salted water form and about 10 min. lightly bubbling pull.

Tip: Stock up on high-quality spices – it pays off!
