For the semolina rice in beef broth, cream butter until fluffy, add eggs and continue to stir.

Add semolina and mix well again. Season with salt and let stand for 1 hour.

Press mixture through an upturned grater into the boiling beef broth.

Bring to a boil once, remove soup from heat, cover and let steep for about 5 minutes more.
