For stuffed zucchini flowers dice onions, garlic clove and zucchini very finely, sauté lightly in olive oil, add elderflowers and oregano and steam lightly with lid closed for about 5 min, add a little water if necessary.

Mix feta cheese and curd cheese with salt and pepper until smooth.

Clean the zucchini flowers dry with a brush, open a little bit and cut out the pistil.

Pour in the cream with a teaspoon and press the zucchini flowers together.

Butter an ovenproof dish, put the stuffed zucchini flowers in it, brush with butter and bake at 175 °C for 5 minutes.
