For the cream of kohlrabi soup, sauté the onion in a little oil. Peel and dice the kohlrabi and add to the onion. Fry briefly. Pour in soup and cook for 20 minutes until soft.

Puree with a hand blender and then add whipped cream and bring to the boil again. Add parsley.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
